What is LUNAFEST?

LUNAFEST is a festival of short films by and about women.  It is AAUW Green Valley’s major fundraising event.  The proceeds from the ticket sales and the raffle event help fund the scholarships we award to Pima Community College students.

How to get Film Tickets

LUNAFEST is all virtual this year.  You will be able to watch the short films in the comfort of your own home.  Tickets are $13.  To purchase a ticket, click on this link:

After you purchase your ticket you will receive a link to allow you to watch the films. The films will be available to you on February 20th starting at 9:00 am AZ time and you’ll have 48 hours to start watching. Once you begin, you’ll have 24 hours to finish watching. (You can pause and continue watching at any time.)

LUNAFEST Raffle

In addition to film ticket sales, the proceeds from the LUNAFEST Raffle are an important part of our fundraising for scholarships.  This year the raffle is virtual.  Raffle tickets can be purchased through the mail.  Checks must be received by February 17th.

Here are Instructions on how to participate:

  1. Many fabulous items have been donated for the raffle. View them HERE.
  2. Print out a list of items to help you fill out the tickets’ form HERE.
  3. Decide which items you would like to take a chance on and how many “tickets” you would like to enter for each item.  Minimum purchase is $5 for 6 tickets.
  4. Print out and complete the raffle form. Click HERE for raffle form.
  5. Send the form and a check for the total amount (made out to AAUW Green Valley) to: AAUW Green Valley Branch, P.O. Box 178 Green Valley, AZ 85622. Checks must be received by February 17th.
  6. On February 20th at 1:00 AZ time join the Zoom Raffle Drawing by clicking HERE.(Meeting ID: 856 9631 6951 and Passcode: 902635)
  7. After the raffle drawing, you will be contacted and given instructions on how you can retrieve the item(s) you win. (If you are away from Green Valley, your item(s) can be shipped to you.)

?You do not need to be on Zoom during the drawing.

?Winners who are not present at the drawing will be contacted.

?If you would rather not participate in the raffle but you want to contribute to our scholarship fund, you can make a donation by sending a check to:
